About The Position

Acts is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Skilled) to complete assigned work orders using general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and to support the preventative maintenance schedule. The position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process. The listed pay range is $18.95–$23.65 per hour; the starting rate varies based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance.
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must comply with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.
