About The Position

Acts is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Skilled) to complete assigned work orders using general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. The technician also supports the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance.
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
