Ski Shop Rental and Sales Technician
About The Position
Switchback Sports, a family-owned outdoor retail and rental shop in and around Park City, Utah, is hiring Rental and Sales Technicians. The role involves helping guests with retail and rental equipment, operating point-of-sale systems, and providing attentive customer service in a fast-paced environment. Technicians can become certified to repair and adjust ski and snowboard equipment. Prior technician experience is not required. The company offers flexible morning and afternoon shifts intended to help full-time employees spend time skiing outdoors, along with opportunities for growth within the company.
Requirements

- Reliable winter transportation.
Responsibilities
- Run point-of-sale transactions.
- Assist guests with retail and rental equipment.
- Become a certified ski technician and repair and adjust ski and snowboard equipment.
- Help customers find clothing and equipment suited to their outdoor activities.
- Perform basic ski-equipment tuning, including waxing and edging.
