About The Position
The Ski & Ride School Support Staff Supervisor oversees a small team supporting the day-to-day operations of the Ski & Ride School Main Lodge Kids facility and outdoor beginner teaching area. The role includes oversight of lift ticket and lesson sales, a small rental facility, and one magic carpet and its surrounding beginner teaching area. The supervisor coordinates daily staffing, helps create a positive guest experience by resolving issues and providing information, and ensures operational standards are maintained. The role serves as a key communication point among guests, instructors, supervisors, and other resort departments. It also includes coaching, measuring, and recognizing employee performance, including conducting seasonal performance reviews. The supervisor champions guest service, teamwork, safety, and memorable mountain experiences.
Requirements
