About The Position
The Ski & Ride School Support Staff Supervisor oversees a small team supporting day-to-day operations at the Ski & Ride School Main Lodge Kids facility and outdoor beginner teaching area. Areas of operation include lift ticket and lesson sales, a small rentals facility, and one magic carpet with its surrounding beginner teaching area. The supervisor coordinates daily staffing and helps deliver a positive guest experience by resolving issues, providing information, and maintaining operational standards. The role is a key communication point among guests, instructors, supervisors, and other resort departments. It also includes coaching, measuring, and recognizing employee performance, including conducting seasonal performance reviews. The supervisor champions Mammoth’s commitment to guest service, teamwork, safety, and memorable mountain experiences. Pay starts at $27 per hour. Employment offers may be contingent on successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities
