SITECH Technology Regional Sales Representative
About The Position
SITECH Northwest is seeking a self-motivated Regional Sales Representative for its Central Washington region. The role focuses on Trimble construction and machine control technology and combines technical knowledge with consultative sales. The representative must reside in Yakima, Chelan, or Kittitas County and should be comfortable working in a collaborative, technology-focused team environment. Some travel, up to 35%, is expected. The first-year on-target earnings are $80,000, including a starting base salary and draw of $54,000 per year plus commission. The employer is Harnish Group Inc., a family-owned and managed company established in 1929 with more than 1,200 employees.
Requirements
- At least three years of successful sales experience.
- Technology aptitude and strong time and territory management skills.
- Residency in Yakima, Chelan, or Kittitas County.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of construction or civil engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous exposure to Trimble, Topcon, or Leica equipment.
Responsibilities
