About The Position

The Site Supervisor assists the program coordinator and director in overseeing Sheppard Pratt’s Segue Residential Transition Program, including services, staff, administration, and program evaluation. The role supports smooth day-to-day operations and clients’ recovery. The program helps clinically stable individuals transition from state psychiatric hospitals by supporting them in managing their illnesses and developing independent living skills.

The position is in person and follows a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Pay is a flat rate of $23.33 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience.
• Driver’s license with three points or less.
• Access to an insured vehicle.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in individual service planning for clients by assessing the provision of client health and resource management.
• Support the implementation of new and existing program services and quality improvement systems as they evolve with clients’ changing needs.
• Provide support, training, and structure to help assure budget projections are being met.
