About The Position

The Site Supervisor assists the program coordinator and director in overseeing Sheppard Pratt’s Segue Residential Transition Program, including its services, staff, administration, and evaluation. The role supports smooth day-to-day operations and clients in recovery. Segue helps clinically stable individuals transition from state psychiatric hospitals by supporting them in managing their illnesses and developing independent living skills.

The position participates in individual service planning and assesses the provision of client health and resource management. It also supports implementation of new and existing program services and quality improvement systems as client needs change, and provides support, training, and structure to help ensure budget projections are met.

The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the work is in person. Pay is a flat rate of $23.33 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience.
• A driver’s license with three points or fewer.
• Access to an insured vehicle.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
