About The Position

The Site Supervisor assists the program coordinator and director in overseeing Sheppard Pratt’s Segue Residential Transition Program, including its services, staff, administration, and evaluation. The role helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations and supports clients in recovery. Segue assists individuals transitioning out of state psychiatric hospitals; its clinically stable clients receive support in managing their illnesses and developing independent living skills.

The position is in person and follows a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Pay is a flat rate of $23.33 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience.
• Driver’s license with three points or less.
• Access to an insured vehicle.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in individual service planning for clients by assessing the provision of client health and resource management.
• Support the implementation of new and existing program services and quality improvement systems as client needs change.
• Provide the support, training, and structure needed to assure budget projections are being met.
