About The Position

The Site Supervisor will assist the program coordinator and director in overseeing Sheppard Pratt’s Segue Residential Transition Program, including its services, staff, administration, and evaluation. The position supports smooth day-to-day operations and clients in recovery. The program helps individuals transition from state psychiatric hospitals by supporting them in managing their illnesses and developing independent living skills.

The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the position is in person. Pay is a flat rate of $23.33 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience.
• Driver’s license with three points or fewer and access to an insured vehicle.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in individual service planning for clients by assessing the provision of client health and resource management.
• Support implementation of new and existing program services and quality improvement systems that evolve with clients’ changing needs.
• Provide support, training, and structure to help ensure budget projections are met.
