About The Position

Top Guard Security is hiring a full-time Site Supervisor for a client site in Windsor. The supervisor manages a weekly schedule for three posts and provides direction and training to security officers. Site duties include controlling access to the client facility, checking visitors in and out, inspecting vehicles and packages, conducting facility patrols, and entering visitor information, daily activity logs, and incident reports into a computer system. Other duties may be assigned. The position pays $19 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. It reports to the Account Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer skills.
• A strong presence and the ability to work with site staff.
• Ability to provide instructions to assigned security officers.

Nice To Haves

• Valid DCJS unarmed card.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a weekly schedule for three on-site posts.
• Provide instructions to assigned security officers and train new officers.
• Provide access control to the client facility.
• Check visitors in and out.
• Inspect vehicles and packages.
• Conduct walking patrols of the facility.
• Enter visitor information into a computer system.
• Enter daily activity logs and any required incident reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
