About The Position

Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee high-end residential construction projects, including custom luxury homes, renovations, and restorations across the Hamptons and Long Island. The role oversees daily jobsite operations, carpentry teams, subcontractors, schedules, materials, and project execution while ensuring quality workmanship, site safety, and OSHA compliance. It also involves tracking progress, maintaining records, communicating with project managers and clients, training team members, and resolving onsite construction issues.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in high-end residential construction.
• Experience leading carpentry teams and managing subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of luxury home construction, renovations, and restoration projects.
• Proficiency with Procore and construction documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to travel to project sites in the Hamptons/Long Island area.
