About The Position

Acts is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to assist with oversight of construction projects and oversee the construction team’s on-site work building and renovating projects throughout the community. The position supervises team members and maintains a safe work environment. Responsibilities include ordering materials, scheduling deliveries, obtaining quotes, controlling schedules, permitting projects, and coordinating inspections. The supervisor also performs mechanical work such as drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience as a construction supervisor or in construction management.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements, including OSHA.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
