About The Position

The Construction Site Supervisor assists in overseeing all construction projects performed and oversees the construction team’s on-site efforts to build and renovate projects throughout the community. The role supervises team members and maintains a safe work environment. Responsibilities also include ordering materials, scheduling deliveries, obtaining quotes, controlling project schedules, permitting projects, and coordinating inspections. The supervisor performs mechanical tasks such as drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience as a construction supervisor or in construction management.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements, including OSHA.
• Valid driver’s license that is maintained.
