About The Position

The Construction Site Supervisor assists in overseeing all construction projects and supervises the construction team’s on-site work to build and renovate projects throughout the community. The role includes supervising team members and maintaining a safe work environment; ordering materials, scheduling deliveries, obtaining quotes, controlling project schedules, permitting projects, and coordinating inspections. The supervisor also performs mechanical tasks such as drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience as a construction supervisor or in construction management.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements, including OSHA.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
