About The Position

NFC Amenity Management is seeking a part-time Janitor for a luxury residential building. The role maintains and cleans assigned facilities daily according to established cleaning protocols. The candidate should work independently in a fast-paced environment and welcome clients and guests with eye contact and a friendly greeting. The position pays $16 per hour. Specific property location and schedules may be discussed during the interview process.

Employees are expected to follow NFC’s grooming and uniform standards, arrive on time in uniform, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude. The role requires following a detailed checklist and schedule, communicating with team members and a supervisor, and reporting mechanical or property issues to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Ability to follow a detailed checklist and schedule.
• Ability to arrive at work on time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for a minimum of 6 hours.
• Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean assigned areas.
• Follow a detailed and thorough checklist and the work schedule.
• Follow NFC grooming and uniform standards.
• Greet clients and guests with the approved NFC greeting, “Welcome Back.”
• Acknowledge clients with a smile and eye contact.
• Report mechanical or property issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Communicate clearly with team members and the supervisor.
• Follow directions from a supervisor.
• Arrive at work on time and in uniform, and present a professional appearance and attitude.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
