About The Position

Guardian Service Industries is hiring a Luxury Building Concierge in New York City. The role requires high-end experience and at least one year of concierge experience. The position supports residents, guests, vendors, and building operations, with duties varying by building and location. All shifts and seven-day coverage are noted. Employees must successfully pass a background check upon hire.

Requirements

• At least one year of concierge experience; applications without relevant experience will not be considered.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be able to stand for six or more hours.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and schedules.
• Ability to meet satisfactory attendance and punctuality standards.
• Reliable and consistent transportation to and from work sites.
• Must successfully pass a background check upon hire.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact positively with residents, guests, and vendors, assist with day-to-day requests, and resolve complaints.
• Communicate with building management and other staff to support smooth daily operations.
• Log and track concierge and building keys for resident use and move-ins or move-outs.
• Help maintain building safety and security by monitoring security cameras, responding promptly to emergencies and concerns, exercising sound judgment, and escalating issues immediately.
• Log and distribute packages and handle external vendor deliveries.
• Maintain accurate and complete shift logs to support effective handovers between shifts.
