The Site Manager oversees a 5,000–15,000-square-foot DashMart local-fulfillment center, its warehouse operations, and the local operating team. The role is accountable for safe, efficient site operations and high-quality customer orders. Depending on the location, responsibilities may also include preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. The manager recruits, leads, coaches, and retains Shift Leads and Operations Associates; builds a positive team culture; delegates daily work; and supports employee satisfaction and performance. The role owns site scheduling and labor-budget management and is accountable for site-level goals, including order accuracy and fulfillment speed. The manager also partners with central inventory and training teams to equip the site team to serve customers effectively. Using data, the Site Manager identifies operational pain points and inefficiencies, then designs and executes process improvements that support warehouse operations, quality metrics, and the employee experience. The site operates across multiple shifts as a 24/7 business, so the manager needs flexibility that includes some late-night and weekend availability. The national base pay range is $64,800–$95,300 USD. Compensation also includes opportunities for equity grants. DoorDash offers regular employees a comprehensive benefits package, including retirement matching, paid leave, health coverage, and other benefits.
