About The Position

Honda of Serramonte, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Shuttle Driver. The role provides safe, dependable transportation for customers to and from the dealership and designated destinations while their vehicles are being serviced. The driver is expected to deliver a professional customer experience, maintain the shuttle vehicle, and coordinate transportation with the service department. The position is full-time, pays $21.00 per hour, and requires availability Monday through Saturday; Sundays are off.

Ability to safely assist customers entering and exiting vehicles, as needed.
Flexibility to support dealership operations in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including a background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Safely transport customers to and from the dealership and designated destinations.
Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout each interaction.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable shuttle vehicle.
Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Follow traffic laws, safety procedures, and dealership driving policies.
Coordinate customer pickups and drop-offs with the service department.
Assist with other dealership duties as needed.
