Shuttle Driver/ Bell person

About The Position

The Shuttle Driver/Bell Person safely transports guests, assists with luggage and golf clubs, checks guests into accommodations, and provides information about unit features and the Reynolds Lake Oconee area. The role also answers calls at Member Concierge/Guest Services, responds to guest requests and problems, maintains guest confidentiality, and keeps vans clean and operational. Mechanical problems are reported to the Director of Member and Guest Experience.

Requirements

Valid Georgia driver’s license and good driving record.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to work with the public, with courteous and excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of computers and the Microsoft suite.
Ability to perform frequent moderate lifting up to 75 pounds, such as loading golf clubs and luggage.
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees.
Ability to bend, stretch, lift correctly, twist, pull, and stoop.
Ability to move up and down stairs or ramps.
Ability to work in different weather conditions.
Courteous and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

Safely transport guests to their destinations.
Load and unload golf clubs, luggage, and other items.
Inform guests about features available in their unit, such as key codes, air-conditioning controls, and fireplaces.
Provide visitors with general information about Reynolds Lake Oconee and the surrounding community.
Communicate with guests and resolve calls, requests, or problems at the unit.
Check guests into accommodations.
Answer phones at Member Concierge/Guest Services.
Maintain guest confidentiality.
Keep vans clean and operational, inside and out.
Report mechanical problems to the Director of Member and Guest Experience.
Work as a team member, work well with others, and generate positivity.
Perform other duties as assigned.
