About The Position

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers in Otsego, Minnesota, for a dedicated shuttle supporting Bobcat manufacturing. Drivers haul equipment between the Otsego distribution center and the manufacturing plant in Gwinner, North Dakota, on consistent routes with daily home time. Freight is transported in dry van trailers, with occasional flatbed loads. Freight is no-touch, and Bobcat employees handle loading and unloading finished equipment. Drivers must secure occasional flatbed shipments using chains and D-rings. The position offers average annual earnings of $85,000–$100,000 and average weekly earnings of approximately $1,600. Pay is $0.58 per mile plus $22 per stop, with an additional $75 for working a sixth day. P.M. drivers starting after 4 PM earn an extra $0.03 per mile. Pay is issued weekly. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with every fourth Saturday. Multiple A.M. and P.M. schedules are available. Drivers use new 2025 Freightliner day cabs.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
At least 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
No SAP drivers.
Clean driving record.
DOT Medical card.
Able to work weekends.
Reliable and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

Shuttle equipment between the Otsego distribution center and the Gwinner, North Dakota, manufacturing plant.
Transport freight using dry van trailers and occasionally flatbed trailers.

Work the scheduled Monday–Friday schedule and every fourth Saturday when required.
