Salt & Straw is opening a new scoop shop in Rockridge, Oakland and is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team. This posting is for individuals interested in future opportunities, including Scoopers, Shift Coordinators, Assistant General Managers, and General Managers. Responsibilities

• Create welcoming spaces where guests feel cared for

• Help turn a scoop shop into a true neighborhood gathering place
• Guide the shift, support teammates, and ensure an incredible guest experience (Shift Coordinators)
• Lead the shop, build a strong, people-first culture, develop future leaders, and deliver exceptional business and guest outcomes (General Manager)
• Partner in leading the shop, driving day-to-day operations, developing the team, and bringing values to life (Assistant General Manager)
