Salt & Straw is preparing to open a new scoop shop in Rockridge, Oakland and is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team. Responsibilities
- Create welcoming spaces where guests feel cared for

- Help turn a scoop shop into a true neighborhood gathering place
- Guide the shift, support teammates, and ensure an incredible guest experience (Shift Coordinators)
- Lead the shop, build a strong, people-first culture, develop future leaders, and deliver exceptional business and guest outcomes (General Manager)
- Partner in leading the shop, driving day-to-day operations, developing the team, and bringing values to life (Assistant General Manager)
