Responsibilities

• Create welcoming spaces where guests feel cared for
• Work as a team and show up generously for one another

• Help turn a scoop shop into a true neighborhood gathering place
• Guide the shift, support teammates, and ensure an incredible guest experience (Shift Coordinators)
• Lead the shop, build a strong, people-first culture, develop future leaders, and deliver exceptional business and guest outcomes (General Manager)
• Partner in leading the shop, driving day-to-day operations, developing the team, and bringing values to life (Assistant General Manager)
