About The Position

Salt & Straw is opening a new scoop shop in Marin County Mart, Larkspur and is seeking interested individuals to join their team. This posting is for individuals interested in future opportunities, including roles such as Scoopers, Seasonal Scoopers, Shift Coordinators, Assistant General Managers, and General Managers. Salt & Straw focuses on creating moments of wonder through creativity, care, and hospitality, powered by their employees, referred to as 'Saltie'.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Create welcoming spaces where guests feel cared for

• Help turn a scoop shop into a true neighborhood gathering place
• Guide the shift, support teammates, and ensure an incredible guest experience (Shift Coordinators)
• Lead the shop, build a strong, people-first culture, develop future leaders, and deliver exceptional business and guest outcomes (General Manager)
• Partner in leading the shop, driving day-to-day operations, developing the team, and bringing values to life (Assistant General Manager)
