About The Position

The Shop Helper works in Northwest Cascade’s automotive shop, attending to basic needs of trucks and heavy equipment to keep them in good order for daily operations. This year-round, full-time role is described as a stepping stone for a hardworking, dedicated individual seeking a long-lasting career with the company. The position is based in Pacific, Washington, and includes day-shift work. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour, with a review and potential pay increase after 90 days. Pay is weekly.

Requirements

• Experience working with hand tools and power tools.
