About The Position

Bryan CDJR is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman or Lead Technician to help lead a busy Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership service department. The role supports daily shop operations and technician workflow, provides technical guidance, develops technicians, and works with service leadership to improve customer satisfaction and departmental performance. Requirements

Two or more years as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Master Technician in a dealership environment.
Experience with Ford or another domestic OEM manufacturer; the posting states “0-1 or more years.”
Advanced diagnostic and drivability expertise.
Proven ability to lead technicians and improve shop performance.
Experience with dealership service systems and repair documentation.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Support daily shop operations and technician workflow.
Dispatch and prioritize repair orders.
Serve as a technical resource for technicians and service advisors.
Develop apprentice, entry-level, and experienced technicians.
Improve technician productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
Partner with service leadership to improve customer satisfaction and departmental performance.
