About The Position

As a Shipping Specialist at Parts Town, you will help resolve shipment problems by working with operations leaders and customer service partners. You will analyze shipping issues as needed and help get shipments moving to customers. The role also includes providing feedback to customer service teams and assisting in other areas of the operation as assigned. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable team member.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work Monday through Friday, 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
