About The Position

The Shipping Specialist ensures products are accurately stored in the warehouse and prepares customer orders for shipment according to established processes. The role involves labeling and metering packages using various freight systems and processing orders in the Client ERP system. The specialist also prepares for the next day’s shipping activities and maintains a safe, clean warehouse work environment. The position supports divisional initiatives and applicable Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.

Workplace dress requirements include closed-toe shoes and long pants at all times. Shorts, hats, tank tops, and cutoff shirts are prohibited. Pants must be worn at the waist so undergarments are not visible; sweatshirt hoods must remain down; shirts with potentially offensive slogans or imagery are prohibited; and sunglasses may not be worn on the distribution center floor.

Requirements

• High school diploma is required.
