About The Position

FreshPure Waters is hiring a full-time Shipping/Receiving team member for its on-site Salt Lake City warehouse. The role keeps warehouse operations moving by receiving and checking incoming shipments, packing and shipping outgoing orders ranging from small boxes to full pallets, and ensuring installation and service teams have the materials they need. The employee will also be cross-trained to support production and product assembly. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. The position reports to the Production Manager and pays $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Offers are contingent on a background check, pre-employment drug screening under the company’s policy, and a post-offer physical that includes a 65-pound lift test.

Requirements

• Good organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• A customer-service mindset and ability to work well on a team.
• Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, shipping software, and inventory systems.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 65 pounds, occasionally lift up to 100 pounds, and climb ladders.

Nice To Haves

• QuickBooks experience.
• Forklift certification; the company will train and certify an employee who does not already have it.
• Shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience; experience is reflected in starting pay.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
• Pack, label, and ship outgoing orders using online shipping software.
• Stock, organize, and track inventory.
• Service and stock deionization (DI) tanks and parts.
• Stage and coordinate materials for installation and service teams.
• Assist with production and product assembly.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
