About The Position

The Shipping Associate supports daily shipping and receiving operations in a warehouse in Greenville, Texas. The role includes moving product, preparing outbound shipments, checking incoming materials, and organizing inventory areas. The associate operates a sit-down forklift to transport materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse. The environment is active and team-focused, with an emphasis on accuracy, safety, and meeting shipping deadlines. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with flexibility to work until 4:30 p.m. Pay is $16.50 per hour, and the anticipated start date is ASAP.

Requirements

• Sit-down forklift experience.
• Shipping experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to read and follow shipping documents, labels, and work instructions.
• Ability to verify product counts, part numbers, and order details accurately.
• Commitment to safe forklift operation and general warehouse safety practices.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States.
• May be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
• At least 2 years of previous shipping experience.
• Experience using scanners, shipping systems, or inventory tracking tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with warehouse team members.
