About The Position

The Shipping Material Handler services production lines with raw materials and supplies, delivers finished goods to the warehouse, and records material and goods movements in Oracle. The role also performs inventory counts as directed by the Team Leader of Inventory Control and requires annual recertification in forklift operations and Oracle use.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, passing a computer aptitude test, forklift certification, and a valid North Carolina driver's license. The employee must be able to lift objects up to 75 pounds. The work involves medium physical effort, including frequent use of hands, standing and walking, and work near moving mechanical parts. The typical environment has loud manufacturing noise.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Service production lines with needed materials and supplies, and record deliveries in Oracle.
• Deliver finished goods to the warehouse and record deliveries in Oracle.
• Complete annual recertification in forklift operations and Oracle use.
• Perform inventory counts as directed by the Team Leader of Inventory Control.
• Perform other duties as required by the Value Stream Manager or Inventory Control Team Leader.
• Immediately report unsafe acts or conditions.
