About The Position

The Material Handler is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, operating forklifts and power scrubbers, throwing bags, recording product codes and lot numbers, and maintaining general housekeeping. The role also includes other responsibilities assigned by management. This is an opportunity to join Hubbard, an animal nutrition company serving livestock producers, equine owners, and animal lovers across North America.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control management and face-to-face customer service.
• Ability to climb stairs; lift; work in confined spaces and at heights; bend and kneel; and sit and stand for long periods.
• Highly organized, with the ability to maintain a high standard of warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures and dusty environments.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent math skills.
• Proficiency using computers for accurate data entry and data collection.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
