About The Position

Performs duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering a variety of materials, equipment, and supplies. Works under direct supervision, handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. The position requires beginning to working knowledge of the subject matter and may include other duties as assigned.

Requirements

0 to 2 years of experience, including experience driving powered industrial equipment.
Ability to interpret work instructions.
Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
Basic verbal and written communication skills.
Basic mathematical skills.
Clerical skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Physical stamina.

Nice To Haves

Powered industrial equipment certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete shipments by processing and loading orders.
Operate powered industrial equipment and other warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks.
Schedule, move, weigh, stock, receive, and pack inbound and/or outbound warehouse products.
Load and unload trucks.
Use JDE, RFS, and RF technology to transact inventory movement and ship product.
Bring raw materials to the work center.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and conducting inventory counts.
Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and inventory.
Inspect products for damage.
Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
Adhere to 5S standards, including maintaining a clean work area.
Follow Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
