About The Position

We are a global retailer of diesel engine parts, shipping to customers in over 180 countries from our Miami facility. With 12 people onsite, there are no layers between you and the outcome — your accuracy, your judgment, and your pace are what keep the operation moving. This role owns the full outbound process, from picking ticket audit to the moment a shipment leaves the building. If you do your best work when accountability is real and the team around you expects the same, this is your environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related operations role
• Hands-on experience with FedEx, UPS, and DHL platforms
• Working knowledge of domestic and international shipping requirements
• High attention to detail and a track record of accuracy under pressure
• Able to self-manage and stay accountable without close supervision
• College degree or equivalent professional experience
• Must pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Background in industrial, marine, or international e-commerce environments
• Familiarity with hazardous materials shipping regulations (IATA/IMDG)

Responsibilities

• Review every picking ticket and verify outbound shipments for accuracy and compliance before release
• Coordinate with parcel and freight carriers to manage pickups, deliveries, and documentation
• Resolve exceptions fast — customs holds, carrier discrepancies, weight variances, inventory gaps
• Keep Sales and Warehouse aligned on order status so fulfillment moves without friction
