About The Position

The On-Site Coordinator manages a field employee workforce and supports client operations at a warehouse in Glendale Heights, Illinois. The role involves enforcing safety protocols, responding proactively to client needs, resolving issues in real time, and enhancing operational efficiency. The coordinator provides customer service to clients and associates, maintains records and reporting, monitors production-floor compliance, and supports recruiting activities. The position works a 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. shift, with occasional weekends, overtime availability, and a flexible schedule that may include support for multiple shifts.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the industrial staffing industry.
Highly organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including occasional support for multiple shifts as business needs require.
Must be available for overtime.
Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and customer-service skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and work independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage field employees, including attendance, transfer requests, coaching, and terminations.
Provide responsive customer service to clients and associates.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, and provide timely reporting to the client and Accurate Personnel.
Walk the production floor at least three times daily to monitor safety, GMP, and policy compliance.
Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and extend job offers as needed.
Adapt to changing business needs while following company policies and procedures.
Support diversity initiatives and maintain compliance with EEO standards.
Resolve issues and support client needs proactively to enhance operational efficiency.
