About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator at Keystone Custom Homes assists the Marketing Team with daily operations, event preparation, content creation, and other marketing activities. The role includes maintaining website information and visual assets, contributing to copywriting, auditing MLS listings, and providing support across campaigns, events, and internal projects. It offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Canva and content creation tools.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Comfort with light video filming and editing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with HubSpot.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation for travel to model homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Order, update, and maintain signage across all communities.
• Design and produce marketing materials, including graphics, print collateral, and promotional assets using relevant design tools such as Canva.
• Assist with website maintenance and MLS listings, ensuring listings, photos, and content remain accurate and up to date.
• Support the creation and distribution of content across social media, email, and digital platforms, adapting to current trends and brand standards.
• Provide general marketing support across campaigns, events, and internal projects as needs evolve.
• Work with AI tools to refine processes and daily tasks.
• Contribute to brainstorming, reporting, and continuous improvement of marketing processes and materials.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
