About The Position

Quality Equipment is seeking an on-site Marketing Assistant for its Fuquay-Varina store. This entry-level role works closely with the Marketing Manager to implement online and offline marketing strategies, follow marketing best practices, and support daily operations in online and office environments. Quality Equipment is a John Deere dealer with 35 locations serving agricultural, commercial, and residential customers in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Requirements

• Good understanding of current online marketing channels and their usage.
• Self-starter with outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain high daily productivity and manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
• Fast learner with strong time-management skills and eagerness to acquire new skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to squat, bend, climb, lift, reach, twist, stand, sit, and perform repetitive keyboarding for long durations.
• Ability to work with a PC and online content and perform close detailed work.
• Ability to grasp and manipulate tools, equipment, and machines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s reputation platform daily by replying to online reviews and forwarding notifications to appropriate staff members.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with scheduling social media content for Facebook, Google, and Instagram using online reputation management software.
• Print and laminate marketing materials, including flyers, price tags, and store signage.
• Perform routine and as-needed updates to the company website using WordPress.
• Manage inventory and distribution of event supplies for company sponsorships across 35 stores.
• Fulfill internal orders and distribute supplies to other store locations, including equipment decals, business cards, John Deere literature, and sales folders.
• Handle customer inquiries received through the company website and social media by forwarding or responding to messages daily.
• Create and use QR codes in marketing materials, including price tags.
