About The Position

Live Nation’s Concerts Division is seeking an Onsite Marketing Representative for Vibrant Music Hall in Waukee, Iowa. Guided by Onsite Marketing Team leadership and the General Manager, this person will handle tasks that support the success of Live Nation’s onsite marketing efforts. The role includes creating real-time event coverage for venue social media, coordinating approved photographers and videographers, capturing content, engaging with audiences, and collaborating with venue departments to promote offerings. The representative may also assist with general venue responsibilities assigned by the General Manager on show nights.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts, personal or professional.
• Creative and proactive, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Music knowledge; event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort and direct approved photographers and videographers to approved areas for their allotted time at each show.
• Create and post lively, real-time event coverage on the venue’s social media pages, including Instagram Stories.
• Capture high-quality phone clips as advised by the Onsite and Social Media Marketing Teams.
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with Instagram trends, features, and best practices.
• Work with the house photographer to ensure quality content is captured.
• Collaborate with Premium Seating, the Ancillary Team, and Food & Beverage to highlight venue offerings.
• Ensure signage, posters, banners, and digital displays are current and accurate.
• Assist with general venue responsibilities assigned by the General Manager on show nights.
