Requirements

Experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Experience in the food manufacturing industry
Familiarity with shipping and logistics software
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

Running the day-to-day office task (making appointments, answering phones, etc.)
Creating BOLs
Assigning trucks to appropriate dock doors
Instructing Hi-Lo Ops on their next priorities
Checking truck drivers IDs
Sealing trailers
Creating switcher/shuttle moves
Bulk Receiving- if at M2 or Mazda
Completing yard/refer checks
Verifying completion and accuracy of completed paperwork
Customer Service
Control the Flow of inbound/outbound trucks
Any other clerical work that needs to be done
