About The Position
The Shipping Associate is responsible for accurately loading and unloading trailers, verifying route loads and trailer reports, and maintaining the shipping yard. The role includes checking products for accuracy and quality, maintaining records, reporting overages and shortages, and participating in cycle counts. Associates operate material-handling equipment and troubleshoot shipping and packing equipment. The position has an 11 a.m. start time, with Tuesday and Saturday off, and requires the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; stack, unstack, or carry items; and stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods.
- Comfort working in a warm environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- 1–3 years of shipping experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accurately load and unload trailers.

- Operate material-handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
