We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Shipping and Receiving Lead to manage daily shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse environments, strong organizational abilities, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics roles.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, WMS, email systems)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- TABC experience or in similar high level regulatory environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
- Analyze shipping and receiving data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking team members and clients.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track shipments and inventory.
- Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
