Requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members on food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Manage cash handling, including drawer reconciliation and bank deposits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and support customer satisfaction.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup and breakdown.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
• Communicate shift performance and operational issues to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for employees and customers.
