Requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Supervise and train crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage cash handling procedures, including till reconciliation, deposits, and safe management.
Monitor food preparation, cooking, and holding procedures to ensure product quality and food safety standards are met.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly, working toward customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized restaurant and comply with health and safety regulations.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and ordering supplies.
Perform opening and closing duties as required, including equipment setup and breakdown.
Delegate tasks to crew members and ensure timely completion.
Enforce company policies and procedures, including those related to employee conduct and safety.
Report equipment malfunctions, maintenance issues, or incidents to management.
