About The Position

The Shift Supervisor at Burger King oversees daily operations during an assigned shift and works to ensure a positive customer experience. Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to motivate and train a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members on operational standards, policies, and procedures, including food preparation, safety, and customer service.
• Manage cash handling, including opening and closing registers, reconciling cash at the end of the shift, and preparing deposits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations and maintain a clean, organized restaurant.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and receive deliveries to maintain adequate ingredients and supplies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to support customer satisfaction.
• Delegate tasks to team members and ensure duties are completed efficiently.
• Assist with scheduling team members to maintain appropriate staffing levels for each shift.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and make immediate decisions to maintain workflow.
• Uphold Onvo’s commitment to quality service and operational standards.
