About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor at a Burger King location, you will help ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations during assigned shifts. Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to support customer satisfaction.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup and breakdown.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
• Communicate shift performance and operational issues to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for employees and customers.
