About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming space for the community. You will help create meaningful moments for customers, prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications, and direct or coordinate the work of other employees. Requirements

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• At least six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with and fulfillment of customer requests.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to build relationships.
