About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and heart to help make the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming space for the community. The role includes preparing and coaching the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized to customer requests, and directing or coordinating the work of other employees. Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations.
At least six months of experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction and fulfillment of customer requests.
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, ingredient quantity, or substitutions.
Direct the work of other employees and delegate or coordinate tasks.
