About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming space for the community. You will help create meaningful customer moments while supporting store operations and coaching the preparation of food and beverages to Starbucks standards.

Requirements

At least six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with and fulfillment of customer requests.
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

Direct the work of other employees and delegate or coordinate tasks.
Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations.
Meet store operating policies and standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Provide customer service and fulfill customer requests.
