About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will help create a warm, welcoming coffeehouse where coffee encourages connection and customers’ days are brightened. You will lead each shift with craft and care, support the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and help maintain store operating standards. The role includes directing and coordinating other employees’ work and providing quality customer service.

Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality, cash handling, safety, and security requirements.
Have at least six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with and fulfillment of customer requests.
Have at least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.
